Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre

Within the food park lies the Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre, a purpose built state of the art facility for food and drink businesses within the West Midlands.

There are 12 units of 1,500 and 3,000 sq ft with rents inclusive of service charge available for immediate occupancy.

Each unit offers a production area including a walk-in cold room, wash hand basins, ducts for extraction and cooling.
Wall, floor and ceiling surfaces meeting BRC and EFSIS standards
Separate external entrance and exit to and from the production area to prevent cross contamination and enhance production work flow
Connections for gas, electricity, telephones/internet and water
An office, toilet and changing area
Parking spaces.

The centre is the flagship project in AWM's Food and Drink Cluster Plan to develop businesses and networks and collaboration to grow the sector. This ambitious project has been funded by Advantage West Midlands and Shropshire Council.
