Tern Valley Business Park, Market Drayton

Work is underway on the next phase of Tern Valley Business Park at Market Drayton. The 13.5 acre site is located on Shrewsbury Rd close to the A53 and adjacent to Phase I which is home to the Muller’s dairy business. The contract for the provision of roads and associated infrastructure was won by Birmingham based company Fitzgerald’s Contractors Limited. This works is scheduled to be completed by late April 2010.

The Council is in discussion with workspace provider Evans Easyspace to develop a rural enterprise centre comprising offices and workshops similar to those recently developed at Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury and the Ludlow Eco Park.

Shropshire Council will be offering plots on long lease for local business expansion and new inward investment for light industrial use, offices, storage and distribution. Marketing details, together with a planning and development brief will be available shortly.
