Ellesmere Business Park

A jointly funded project with Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and Shropshire County Council for land acquisition and infrastructure of Phase II of the business park.

Infrastructure is likely to be provided 2010-11 subject to funding approval for land acquisition from AWM. The first phase of 8 acres is currently nearing completion and includes a range of bespoke units and smaller starter units for rent.
