Ludlow Eco Business Park

Ludlow Eco Business Park offers new office units, which vary in size from 100 – 6,000 sq ft. The units are built to BREEAM excellent standards, the building industry's highest rating for environmental excellence in construction. All buildings on the site will reduce green house gas emissions by 50% compared to conventional structures. Alliance Court Phase 1 is completed at 18, 000 sq ft. The Business Quarter at 24, 000 sq ft is under construction with the first phase complete.

Ludlow Eco Park is due for expansion and building of phase two is underway at this 12 acre site.

This development is a partnership scheme between Sherpa Properties of Shrewsbury, South Shropshire District Council, the Regional Development Agency - Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and the Rural Regeneration Zone.

Phase two of this development will include a rural enterprise centre offering small, fully serviced units aimed at start-up and expanding businesses.

In October 2007 a park and ride scheme for Ludlow was introduced from this site to encourage people not to use their cars to access the town centre.
