Oswestry company buys industrial estate in Chirk
Richard Burbidge of Oswestry has purchased Canal Wood Industrial Estate at Chirk. The estate has a number of tenants in units of 1,000-2,000 sq ft (total unit size 28,000 sq ft). The road of this estate is also the access road to the companies’ facility in Chirk. They have stresses that should there application to build a Tesco store on its current site be successful it will still transfer it’s Oswestry business to another site in the town.
