Morris Property wins planning permission for new Community Service development.

Planning permission was granted this week for the development at Barker Street in conjunction with partners Claremont Baptist Church and the Riverside Medical Practice. The development will include a two storey Baptist church, which will retain the existing frontage, offices, ground floor retail, and a pharmacy and doctors surgery. It is estimated that this development could provide up to 100 additional jobs in the area.
