A Bettisfield company Blue Sauce, have further diversified to produce a 3D Farmers Market which allows shoppers to view a virtual market and make purchased from local suppliers from around the country at http://www.vfmuk.com/ Blue Sauce originally diversified when foreign imports of blueberries left them with a glut of there own home grown fruits. At this point they started to make sauces from Blueberries. Blue Sauce also offers oils, dressings, drinks and sweet treats made from the Blueberries grown on there Whitchurch farm.
