Shrewsbury Business Park

Phase I is complete and provides a total of 15,000 sq m (or 170, 000 sq.ft.) office floor space employing in excess of 900 people. This first phase includes a new hotel offering accommodation, meeting rooms, bar and refreshments facilities.

Alaska Estates have released the first three buildings from its Phase II development, providing office space of between 5,000 sq ft and 18,000 sq ft. In total Phase II comprises of 9.22 ha (22.7 acres).

Juneau House has now been let, with Bering House and Mount McKinley , 7,500 sq ft and 16,000 sq ft respectively have now been released and are available to buy or lease.

The next building due to be started is Temple Point which will offer a range of smaller units totalling 14,000 sq ft is available for purchase.

The Shrewsbury Business Park is located just off of the A5 ring road at Emstrey Island linking to the M54 and national networks.
