Advantage West Midlands propose to fund infrastructure costs particularly the provision of a new power supply to secure the development of the next phase of the business park. The provision of infrastructure is estimated to be completed in 2010. The Whitchurch Business Parks are adjacent to the A41/A525 Whitchurch Bypass.
